Virgin sturgeon

Since the collapse of the Soviet Union, sturgeon have become endangered by uncontrolled fishing and poaching.

English is so peculiar that “virgin” and “sturgeon” rhyme:

Caviar comes from the virgin sturgeon.
Virgin sturgeon’s a very fine fish.
Virgin sturgeon need no urgin’–
That’s why caviar is my dish!
